Softn is a free web app for tense conversations. Paste a chat or add up to 4 screenshots, and Softn tells you what is going on, gives you one calm message to send, and says what to avoid. It uses tactical empathy, the skills professional negotiators use. Softn also runs private group chats for up to 20 people, where every message is rewritten in a calm way before the others read it. Messages are encrypted in the browser and nothing is saved. Softn needs JavaScript to run.
